Shaomai is a unique dish in Hong Kong’s food culture, with its yellowish exterior and chive-colored hair filling.

The ratio of skin to filling can be adjusted to produce high-quality siu mai that meets your product requirements. Sizes range from 14g to 80g per piece. SENY offers “two-wire” Shumai machine with a maximum productivity of 6,000 pieces/hour and “three-wire” Shumai machine with a maximum productivity of 9,000 pieces/hour. SENY’s machine starts production after loading the pre-mixed dough and filling into the hopper, which can then produce wrapping paper and form a high-quality siu mai product. The amount of filling and the relative height between the skin and filling can be adjusted through the control panel to produce a product of uniform size and shape. The filling system presses the filled pipi into the mold to form shumai without breaking.
The SENY SY-880 automatic shumai machine can be paired with a decorative device to place green beans or diced carrots on the product for a better appearance. The machine is designed with a unique filling system that can produce “extra large siu mai” (dim sum) of 80 grams per piece, and can be filled with shrimp and diced vegetables, which all help to improve the texture of the product.
